Chris March - Property Director
Chris spent his early career in an Estate agency. In 1986 he established his own practice, which he developed to provide a full range of residential and commercial property services including sales, lettings and management in addition to executive home search.
In the 1990s he was actively involved in the letting and management of a number of residential investment portfolios controlled by business expansion scheme companies. He also provided consultancy advice to a number of health trusts on their residential stock and managed the disposals of properties nationally for a will and probate company.
In 2001 he sold the majority of his company to Countrywide PLC, initially joining as National Development Manager for Countrywide Property Management. He was subsequently appointed a director of Countrywide Residential Lettings. During his time with Countrywide he undertook a number of roles for the group, including running high street lettings offices, business development, controlling Countrywide’s emergency relocation business, acquiring business on behalf of the group and heading Countrywide’s national leasehold business.
In 2011, Chris was appointed Property Director for ARIM, responsible for ARIM's property and block service delivery from its offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Brighton and London.
