David Beanland - Client Services Manager
Prior to joining ARIM in 2002, David worked at the Halifax and N&P Building Societies (as was) over a 14 year period. During this time his role included mortgage underwriting and the management of repossessed properties. He was also involved in the selection process for properties into a large BES.
In the interim period he worked for Oriel Management who subsequently merged with ARIM. He contributed to the management and ‘work out’ of an ex BES portfolio in excess of 1,000 properties. He is able to apply this experience in the management of all portfolios he currently deals with.
He was appointed Client Services Manager in 2002 and undertook management of the ex RBS portfolio of 750 units for a then new client, Aldington Capital. This portfolio is of varied stock in locations all over the country including some units in Scotland. He is also responsible for the management of portfolios for several other clients, including the William Pears Group.
David is responsible for a team of 7 people based in ARIM’s Leeds office. As part of his role, David has played a pivotal role in the development of a national letting agent capability and a preferred contractor network. He also achieved a merit in the ARLA1 qualification.
