Rebeccah Wilkinson - Asset Management
Rebeccah is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the ARIM team in November 2008 to lead the delivery of ARIM asset management services.
Previously, Rebeccah was with the Allsop LLP Northern Office for over five years. She was an Associate Partner in the residential investment team dealing with the disposal and acquisition of a range of blocks, portfolios and companies. She acted for a range of clients ranging from large funds and national property companies such as Schroders and Evenbrook to regional landlords.
Prior to joining the Allsop team Rebeccah spent a year working for Leeds City Council as a Senior Surveyor in an Asset Management role devising a sales and disposal programme for their surplus residential and commercial properties.
Before this Rebeccah spent over three years working for Nelson Bakewell in London as an asset manager, working in their commercial investment and auction teams, managing commercial and residential disposal and acquisitions programmes for clients. Rebeccah originally started her career as a graduate surveyor with Black Horse Surveying Services in 1998.
Rebeccah has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Property Surveying and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Commercial and Residential Faculties).
