Tenant Service
ARIM liaises closely with tenants to ensure their requirements, are being met. Good tenant management helps to improve rent collection and occupancy, and maximise property performance. Indeed, ARIM is a member of the British Property Federation (BPF) which encourages best practice within the industry as a means of increasing long term value and improving stakeholder perception. Any complaints received are handled by ARIM on behalf of investor clients.

Renewals
ARIM considers clients' options at the end of a tenancy and implements the most appropriate route. Where the client's strategy is to re-let and maximise rental income, ARIM will seek to renew tenancies, thereby reducing expenditure. Extensions of tenancy will not be agreed where the previous conduct of the tenant has been shown to be unsatisfactory.

Rent Reviews
ARIM will review rents to reflect provisions contained in tenancy agreements or on an annual basis. Whether renewing or re-letting, extensive research is essential to ensure rent increases are obtained and maximised to reflect market rent.
