ARIM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allsop, providing management and investment services to the residential investment market and private rented sector.

ARIM is now one of the largest residential investment managers with well in excess of 10,000 units under management across the UK mainland, from offices in Brighton, London, Leeds and Glasgow.

ARIM’s investor clients include fund managers, corporate landlords and institutional investors who own, or aim to own, portfolios in excess of 100 properties, as well as lenders, insolvency practitioners and receivers. ARIM believes at this minimum unit level it can provide an effective property management solution for investors and deliver a genuinely scaleable residential investment management solution. 12 investor clients represent over 90% of ARIM’s properties under management.
