Cheryl Risk - Client Services Manager
Cheryl has over 15 years’ experience in the private rented sector, working initially for Quality Street, Glasgow’s innovative provider of high quality, private rented accommodation in the nineties. Cheryl remained with the business at the end of the nineties, when it was taken over by Nationwide Building Society and re-branded at.home nationwide.
Cheryl played a pivotal role in Nationwide’s marketing of the at.home business for sale in 2005/2006 as well as supporting the accompanying due diligence work. Following Nationwide’s sale of the at.home portfolio to the Terrace Hill Group in 2006, she then supported the transfer of the management business to ARIM processes and systems during 2007.
At the same time, Cheryl played a key role in the management of the now Terrace Hill portfolio, improving processes and procedures, resulting in reduced expenditure for the Client. Cheryl was also heavily involved in the recruitment of the Property Team for ARIM’s new Glasgow-based operation.
In May 2008, Cheryl was appointed Client Services Manager for the Glasgow-based operation, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Glasgow-run property portfolio totalling over 2,000 residential units on behalf of 5 of ARIM’s Investor Clients, including Terrace Hill.
