Iain Baldwin - Finance Director

Iain graduated from the University of Salford in 1987 before joining the Manchester office of Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a chartered accountant (ICAEW) in 1989 working initially in the firms audit division before joining the financial consulting division.

Iain joined National and Provincial Building Society in 1994 as a corporate finance manager before moving to Bartlett Insurance in 1996 as finance director.

In 1997, Iain, along with his business partners established a residential asset management business in Leeds managing residential assets for a range of banking and private investment clients. In 2002 the Leeds asset management business was merged into Allsop Residential Investment Management Limited (ARIM) when Iain joined the ARIM board as finance director.
