Lisa Dysch - Client Services Manager

Prior to joining ARIM in 2002, Lisa worked for 4 years at BUPA as a manager of a traditional call centre team within corporate membership. She then moved onto work in Corporate Communications where she was jointly responsible for communication of a business wide change to hospitals, call centres and nursing homes.

Lisa joined Oriel Management in 1999 as Customer Service and Arrears Manager with responsibility for the management of 7 people including recruitment, training, and performance and development. Following the merge with ARIM in 2002, Lisa was responsible for developing and delivering the system training in the Brighton office.

Lisa is now Client Services Manager for a number of diverse clients, across a wide variety of tenancies. These range from regulated to equity release and include properties located across the country. She is line manager to 7 people across the Maintenance and Customer Service Team. Lisa successfully implemented the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which included attending local feedback sessions with Central Government consultants. Following her experience with the Brighton merger, Lisa led the team responsible for the system training of our Glasgow office. She has also managed a project to transfer all users onto a new system.

Lisa is educated to degree level with a post grad certificate in management and a merit in ARLA1.
