Repossession Management
It is now common practice for a mortgagee to appoint a chartered surveyor to act as a fixed charge receiver as opposed to an insolvency practitioner (IP). This effectively allows the property to be dealt with in the hands of a property specialist without the necessity for an IP to act as a conduit.
Allsop has members of NARA (The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers) and is therefore able to accept appointment as fixed charge receivers.
Allsop is able to accept appointment as fixed charge receivers. ARIM provides an
interim management service to Allsop's fixed charge receivers and can provide
the same service to other receivers.
