Maintenance
ARIM will arrange for routine and reactive maintenance to be carried out on a timely and economical basis together with the provision of suitable service contracts such as gas safety checks. ARIM has a network of approved contractors throughout the UK who undertake regular inspections of relevant appliances to meet statutory obligations and provide day-to-day and emergency repair services.

Supplier Management
ARIM’s preferred contractor network and associated costs are kept under constant review to ensure continuing value for money for investors. Repairs within investor clients' mandates only are instructed and only when deemed essential. ARIM typically keeps maintenance-related expenditure below 14% of rental income for its investor clients.

Health & Safety
ARIM gives consideration to health and safety legislation and facilitates fire risk assessments. This allows clients to fully comply with relevant legislation such as Gas Safety & Use Regulations and Fire & Furnishing Safety Regulations. ARIM has its own Health & Safety Management Policy and is committed to ensuring third party contractor compliance at all levels reasonably possible.

Insurance
Under its authorisation, ARIM can assist investor clients in ensuring appropriate insurance cover is put in place working with preferred brokers or insurers. ARIM can also handle insurance claims on behalf of clients.
