Inspections
All properties are inspected annually except where there has been a change of tenant, when an inspection is arranged at the time of changeover. Inspections can also be carried out in the event of an insured incident, a material complaint being made by a tenant or neighbours, following a major repair of a property being vacant pending re-let or sale in order  to comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

Service Charge & Block Management
ARIM has extensive experience in managing service charge and related activities for block and estate developments. Well maintained common parts and public areas will attract tenants of good quality and ensure the asset value is maintained or improved. ARIM will arrange (or liaise with an appointed third party block manager) for routine and reactive maintenance to be carried out on a timely and economical basis together with  the provision of suitable service contracts, using appropriate and suitably skilled contractors.

Service charge and block management services are provided exclusively for ARIM’s investor clients with otherwise tenanted residential investments.
