ARIM will provide, as standard, management information which will advise current performance and trends in relation to income, expenditure, arrears and voids.
Sale or Re-let Appraisal
On an individual property basis, if the existing tenant vacates, it is essential
to assess the best route forward. This can mean either considering the sale of
the property immediately or refurbishing it first and then putting it up for sale. Alternatively, it
may be decided to re-let straight away or refurbish and then re-let. It involves applying the right tactics at the right time and ARIM will work with investor clients to implement the
preferred route.
Sale & Purchase Opportunities
ARIM will make investor clients aware of any sale or purchase opportunities that arise, either through other investor clients or via Allsop.
Maximising Rental Yields
ARIM will aim to maximise yield returns for investors through the balancing of rent levels, occupancy rates, rent collections, rent reviews, routine and reactive maintenance costs and service charges. This has to be delivered whilst optimising capital expenditure to preserve and enhance capital values.
Meeting Regulatory Obligations
ARIM can deliver landlords’ regulatory obligations on behalf of investor clients. This can include, although is not restricted to, landlord registration, tenancy deposit protection, energy performance certification, HMO licensing and gas safety testing.
