Investor clients will have one point of ARIM contact via a dedicated Client Services Manager for any day-to-day queries. Formal review meetings will be held once every three months or as required.
Market Awareness
ARIM produces two half-yearly publications to keep investors abreast of key developments affecting the residential investment market and the private rented sector. ‘property insight’, published in May (Spring/Summer) and November (Autumn/Winter), gives a round-up of news, events and legislation. This is complemented by ‘Residential Insight’, published in August (Summer) and February (Winter), which summarises ARIM’s experience of the private rented sector from an investment and management perspective. ARIM also contributes to Allsop’s monthly ‘Residential Market Conditions’, which gives a broader economic view of the residential market.
